Puppy Training –
Carmen helped us get off to a great start with our new puppy, Lorenzo. She has a multitude of tricks up her sleeve to solve almost any puppy problem and no matter what came up she was able to teach us how to work with our puppy in positive, fun, and creative ways. It was all about Carmen training US rather than training the puppy! We would learn so many new and helpful things every time Carmen came to our house. She not only taught us new things but was always able to identify what we were doing wrong and why it wasn’t working. This gave us confidence and, in turn, gave our puppy confidence. We now have a pretty well behaved seven month old puppy and we feel Carmen’s “intervention” right in those first few months made all the difference. This was not our first dog but we definitely needed a refresher course. Also it is so comforting to know that if we encounter new problems as Lorenzo goes through his teen years and beyond, Carmen is there for us.
