Puppy training –
Carmen was such a wonderful resource for my family when we got our puppy last year. Even before we brought the puppy home Carmen gave us lots of information on how to prepare our home for the puppy’s arrival, how to pick our puppy out of the litter, and she even let us borrow our first dog crates from her, since puppies outgrow them quickly. She was always available by phone or email when any problems or concerns arose (as they inevitably will with a puppy). I think my favorite part of working with Carmen was how she wanted to include the whole family (I have 3 children), even our toddler; it was very important to her that the kids were involved in dog training. She has a positive reinforcement training method that works well for all dogs. I would highly recommend Carmen’s training services to anyone. Carmen is so knowledgeable about dog (and human) nature.
